1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website www.jadeglow.com and engaging with Jade Glow for cleaning and restoration services pertaining to natural stone and mineral surfaces, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided

Jade Glow specializes in the deep cleaning, restoration, and maintenance of natural stone (marble, granite, limestone) and mineral surfaces. Our services include, but are not limited to, deep cleaning, polishing, stain removal, and protective sealing for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. All services are subject to an initial assessment and agreement on the scope of work.

Specific service details and guarantees will be outlined in a separate service agreement or quote provided before the commencement of any work.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Jade Glow are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing for services is based on the scope of work, type of surface, severity of damage or build-up, and required materials. Any additional work requested outside the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to execution.

A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services, as specified in your quote.

4. Payment Terms

Unless an alternative agreement is reached, full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash. Late payments may be subject to a surcharge. Details regarding payment methods and terms will be clearly stated in your invoice.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful execution of our services, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information regarding the type and condition of surfaces to be treated.
• Ensuring the work area is clear of obstructions and personal belongings prior to our team's arrival.
• Providing access to necessary utilities (water, electricity) if required for the service.
• Notifying Jade Glow of any allergies, sensitivities, or specific product restrictions in advance.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any service cancellation or rescheduling request. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the service cost or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jade Glow takes utmost care and employs trained professionals for all services. However, while every effort is made to achieve the best results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains or restoration of severely damaged surfaces. We shall not be liable for any pre-existing damages, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Our liability for any defect in the services is limited to the cost of re-performing the defective service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jade Glow website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Jade Glow or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy
